| Chris is Group Head of Reward at Anglo American plc. He joined Anglo American Corporation of South Africa as a graduate trainee in the Finance Division. After moving to the Gold Division and taking an MBA at the University of Cape Town, he worked for De Beers in London and Antwerp in a number of Finance and Strategy roles. Chris transferred to Minorco in 1996 where he became Head of Reward and was also a trustee of the Minorco Charitable Fund. Minorco subsequently merged with Anglo American Corporation of South Africa to become Anglo American plc in 1999. |

Before joining Minorco, he was Assistant Secretary of a Birmingham - based civil engineering and construction group. Nick was called to the Bar in 1978. |

Nick worked with Anglo before moving to finance and strategy with De Beers in London. In 1999, he moved to his current position, when Anglo listed as a plc in London. Nick is a qualified lawyer.
Nick is currently Head of Investor & Corporate Affairs for Anglo, responsible for the group's interactions with its financial stakeholders including institutions and financial analysts, financial media as well as publications. |

He was a director of the board of Anglo Platinum and various Group subsidiaries between November 2004 and July 2008, and is now the CEO of Anglo's global copper business. |

Ian was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Ferrous Metals and Industrial Division in December 2003 and transferred to Anglo Coal as Chief Financial Officer in September 2008. Ian serves on the Anglo Coal Executive Committee. |

| Catherine is Companies Secretary for Anglo American plc and the Company Secretary of the Anglo American Group Foundation. She joined the Anglo American Group in 2005. Catherine is a Chartered Company Secretary and graduated as a chemist from Manchester University in 2000. Her role for the Foundation includes compliance with company and charities law, organising and minuting board meetings and advising on governance issues. Prior to joining Anglo, Catherine was part of the Company Secretarial team for a leading management consultancy and was also a research chemist for ICI. |

Charlotte Edgeworth

| Charlotte is the Manager of the Anglo American Group Foundation. She has been with the Anglo American Group since 2009. As Manager of the Foundation, Charlotte holds the relationships with all of the partners supported and works with them through the application process. Her role also involves quarterly reporting to the Board and capturing the measurements of all contributions made to charities. Prior to joining the Anglo Group, Charlotte was Director of The Mulberry Centre in West London. |
