Who we support

The Foundation’s central objective is to promote sustainable livelihoods, focusing on education, international development and governance, environment and health and HIV. Our partners’ activities include addressing homelessness in central London, promoting biodiversity and small business development through beekeeping, and combating blindness in developing countries.

We provide funding to a selected range of projects on a sustained basis, rather than having a high turnover of partners. This helps our partner organisations to undertake long-term budget planning which helps to increase the effectiveness of their work.

Our priority countries include Brazil, Peru, Chile, Colombia, China, UK, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and the Democratic Republic of Congo amongst others. Some of our partner organisations are shown below.
